Pablo specializes in the areas of Corporate and Real Estate Law. With 5 years of experience in Corporate Law, Pablo has advised and represented both domestic and foreign clients in developing their corporate strategies in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) matters.

Pablo has assisted clients in a wide range of property acquisition/sale transactions, including those involving properties located in restricted zones. He also offers advice to clients on effectively planning and designing strategies for individual estate planning.

Moreover, he provides counsel to domestic clients in labor-related matters, assisting them in developing compliance strategies concerning various authorities, as well as handling issues related to individual and collective labor relations.
