Michel is an attorney with 17 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, mainly in civil, commercial, bankruptcy, family, administrative, agrarian, aeronautical, public works and amparo litigation, as well as in the analysis of general provisions in the banking and corporate sectors.

• On a day-to-day basis, he follows up on files in common and federal courts, before the Federal Judiciary Council, as well as the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
• Preparation of complaints and various legal documents regarding and various writs regarding civil, commercial, family, administrative and amparo proceedings.
• Review and study of corporate documentation of companies, as well as individuals for the preparation and integration of regulatory contracts for the purchase and sale of foreign currency.
• Preparation and management of files in accordance with the regulations issued for such purpose by the banking and stock exchange authorities.
• Execution of advance payment, performance, and hidden defects bond policies, granted in connection with contracts executed under the Public Works and Related Services Law and the Public Sector Procurement, Leasing and Services Law.
