• Part of the team that advised an important infrastructure fiber in Mexico, in the legal due diligence process and execution of an offer for the acquisition of several companies of one of the largest companies in the energy sector at an international level, for an approximate amount of US$6 billion.
• Part of the team that advised an infrastructure fiber in the acquisition of the capital stock of several road concession companies, as part of a corporate restructure.
• Part of the team that advised Siempre Efectivo, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, ENR in the sale of its entire capital stock to Exitus Capital, S.A.P.I. de C.V., SOFOM, ENR, including assets such as nonperforming loans, for an amount of $87 million Mexican pesos.
• Part of the team that advised Band of Insiders, S.C. In the sale of its entire capital stock to Beamonte Investments, for an amount of $35 million Mexican pesos.
