Diritto societario e corporate governance

April is a seventh semester law school intern and member of the Corporate team. In her day-to-day, she reviews legal documents and follows up on several internal operations.

She has participated in the Criminal Litigation Clinic at ITAM, where she:

• Systematized data and analyzed facts in cases related to serious human rights violations.
• Assisted victims of crimes such as human trafficking, gender-based violence, and disappearances.
• Monitored court hearings.
• Drafted investigative lines and provided support to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

She also has experience in monitoring and updating files related to labor lawsuits, attending hearings and visits at the Local Labor Conciliation and Arbitration Board, Federal Labor Conciliation and Arbitration Board, and Labor Tribunal of Mexico City. She has drafted claims and responses to claims, as well as demand letters for the appointment of beneficiaries.
