Enrique Acevedo is an associate and part of the Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Intellectual Property practices.
He has experience advising domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries on corporate compliance matters, including the incorporation, organization, and operation of companies, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts, corporate restructurings, and legal audits.
His practice is distinguished by his active participation in complex transactions, both nationally and internationally, related to financing, acquisitions, and divestitures of high-value real estate assets. He has been involved in the development and structuring of commercial, residential, industrial, and tourism-related real estate projects, including large-scale projects in strategic destinations in the Mexican Caribbean and Pacific regions.
He has also advised on the planning, structuring, and implementation of tourism projects, participating in the design of legal and business strategies aimed at maximizing their feasibility, profitability, and success, taking into account regulatory, contractual, operational, and investment aspects.
His experience includes comprehensive advice in corporate and real estate matters, covering the structuring and maintenance of corporate governance, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of various types of agreements.
He also participates in leading due diligence processes in corporate and real estate transactions, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
