Experience

  • Representation of the Treasury Department od the U.S.A. in the negotiation and ratification of the signature of the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), granting the negotiation of Mexico´s debt guiding the Treasury Department of the USA. As well, he also had part in the signature and ratification od the Free Trade Agreement between Mexico and Israel.
  • In the former years he had part in multiple Merges and Acquisitions, Financing and licensing. Recently he advised a corporation which established a company that will produce electricity from waste. The trade exceeded 40 million USD.
