José Pablo Delgado is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. His work focuses primarily on the resolution of civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. He has represented companies from several sectors in the processing of nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and amparo proceedings before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts.

He has represented companies across a wide range of industries in nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as in constitutional amparo actions before Federal District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts. He has successfully defended the interests of national and international clients in proceedings initiated against multiple Federal and Mexico City authorities.

José Pablo also has public sector experience, particularly in matters involving state liability (responsabilidad patrimonial) and public procurement procedures.

In addition, he has extensive experience handling all types of civil and commercial litigation, where he advises and represents domestic and international companies, delivering efficient and strategic solutions for conflict resolution.

He has also counseled companies on labor and employment matters, including representation before Federal, State, and Mexico City labor authorities.
