Fernanda Cedillo has contributed to a wide range of cases in civil, commercial, and family law, handling tasks such as drafting complaints, responses, procedural motions, and corresponding appeals. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the development and analysis of legal strategies, contract drafting, and the preparation of fee proposals.

She has over six years of experience in ordinary civil proceedings, commercial enforcement actions, oral trials in commercial and family matters, as well as family law disputes. Her experience includes preparing for and participating in hearings, drafting closing arguments, and coordinating both ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meetings. She has also carried out administrative procedures before various authorities, including the Public Registry of Property and Commerce and the Civil Registry, among others.
