He has extensive knowledge in drafting agreements and resolutions in various administrative sanction procedures, analyzing information during the investigation stage in various administrative sanction procedures, studying and compiling files of disagreement, and preparing documents for the substantiation of the disagreement instance, including resolution drafts.
  • He also has notable experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts within the framework of civil, commercial, public works, and procurement legislation, as well as leases and services for the public sector. He is experienced in reviewing tender calls, amparo lawsuits, drafting complaints and responses, among other tasks.
