Andrea Sopranzetti has more than 16 years of professional experience related to real estate and construction law, as well as in business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and labor law. His practice is focused on the preparation, review and negotiation of all types of documents and contracts on civil, commercial, labor and immigration matters, including contracts for the sale of product services and real estate, labor contracts, lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements.

He has also a broad experience in all type of corporate activities, including incorporation and follow up of branches and local representation to foreign companies, and corporate governance matters, such as distribution of rights and responsibilities among different partners managers, officers, and shareholders, with the purpose of advising public and private companies, boards of directors, committees and senior management on corporate governance best practices to proactively manage risk, seize upon opportunities and maintain productive shareholder relations.

• Planning and implementation of commercial operations in Mexico as a legal advisor to
  foreign companies.
