Professional profile

Alejandra focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation. She has participated in the handling of injunctive relief proceedings, constitutional (amparo) lawsuits, commercial enforcement proceedings, and insolvency cases. A significant part of her professional experience includes the resolution of trust agreements and the enforcement of negotiable instruments.

Experience

Alejandra began her professional career working for one year at a government agency, where she gained a solid foundation in legal procedures from a public-sector perspective. She later joined a law firm, specializing in strategic litigation in civil and commercial matters.

Alejandra is a member of the INSOL International Future Leaders Programme, a global federation of national associations of lawyers specializing in restructuring and insolvency.

Education

  • Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Mexico City, Law Sudent.
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Amparo Proceedings, taught by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
  • Represented the UNAM School of Law as part of the team competing in the ICC Moot-UP International Arbitration Competition, where she further developed her skills in commercial arbitration and high-level collaborative work.
