Alberto is member of the Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Intellectual Property practices. He has a comprehensive approach that combines corporate advisory with the protection of intangible assets (such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights, primarily), enabling him to provide legal solutions aligned with his clients’ business objectives.

Experience

Alberto has experience in intellectual property, particularly in advising on the registration, protection, and management of trademarks and copyrights. He has participated in the development of strategies for the protection of intangible assets, as well as in handling administrative proceedings before competent authorities, providing comprehensive support to his clients in the defense and exploitation of their rights.

In the corporate field, he has been involved in the incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies, as well as in the preparation and formalization of shareholders’ meeting minutes and other corporate documentation. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating civil and commercial contracts, advising clients on the legal structuring of their operations and on compliance with their corporate obligations.
