• César has over 17 years of experience, currently specializing in the area of Administrative Law. He has extensive knowledge in drafting agreements and resolutions in various administrative sanction procedures, analyzing information during the investigation stage in various administrative sanction procedures, studying and compiling files of disagreement, and preparing documents for the substantiation of the disagreement instance, including resolution drafts.
• He also has notable experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts within the framework of civil, commercial, public works, and procurement legislation, as well as leases and services for the public sector. He is experienced in reviewing tender calls, amparo lawsuits, drafting complaints and responses, among other tasks.

Before joining Cannizzo, César worked for the public sector in institutions such as the Secretariat of Public Function, in the General Directorate of Disputes and Sanctions in Public Procurement; at Banobras, in the Subdirectorate of Procurement Procedures and Normative Analysis of the Deputy General Directorate Fiduciary; in the Offices of the Attorneys General of the Secretariat of Economy and the Secretariat of Health; also in the education sector, in the Decentralized Operating Unit in Mexico City of the National College of Technical Professional Education.
