Enrique Moreno is an Associate and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

His practice includes more than 18 years of experience, both in the public and private sectors, in civil, commercial, administrative and amparo litigation, as well as in public procurement procedures, in terms of procurement, services and public contracts.

Before joining Cannizzo, Ortiz y Asociados, SC, he worked in the Federal Public Administration, in the aeronautical sector, focusing his activity on litigation derived from the collection of airport services, commercial competitions, public works, hydrocarbons, expropriations, among others.

Esperienza

  • In the private sector he worked for more than 5 years as a litigation lawyer, being the attorney of various Credit Institutions, Sofomes and individuals, in foreclosure and collateral execution processes, as well as in various commercial competitions.
  • In public administration, for 7 years he was represented the Federal Government Entity (Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares) in various lawsuits derived from works in Terminal 2 of the International Airport of Mexico City. Likewise, in the commercial competitions of Mexicana de Aviacion and its subsidiaries (credit for more than $ 1.3 billion pesos), Aviacsa (credit for more than $ 250 million pesos), Aztec Airlines and Oceanography. In addition, he participated in the design of the mechanism for the payment of labor credits of Mexicana de Aviacion, as well as in the operation of the “MRO Mexican Trust”.
  • During 2018 and 2019, he was legal advisor to Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México, an entity of the Federal Government responsible for the construction of what would be the largest airport infrastructure work in the country.
