Norman Viveros started his professional practice in 1999 and currently focuses on both tax consulting and tax litigation activities, administrative, international commerce, social security and constitutional matters.
Among his activities, he participates in audits of federal and local contributions, tax refund applications, conclusive acts, complaints and queries before the Taxpayer’s Defense Office, and several procedures involving administrative matters and their respective regulation pursuant to the Mexican laws.
He has participated in litigation trials in tax and administrative matters before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, the Contentious-Administrative Courts, District Courts, Associate Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court of Justice. Additionally, he has contributed to publications and studies on tax reforms and has also acted as speaker on tax issues for various organizations and companies.
