Approved Implementation of the 40-Hour Workweek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>On February 25th, 2026, the Chamber of Deputies approved, both in general and in particular, and without amendments to the bill submitted by the Senate, the reform filed by the President of Mexico, Ms. Claudia Sheinbaum, regarding the reduction of the statutory workweek, which will decrease gradually from 48 to 40 hours.
