We assist our clients in matters relating to employment relationships and the laws that regulate them. Our practice includes both individual and collective matters. We represent our clients in the negotiation and execution of collective bargaining agreements before labor unions and its corresponding deposit before the authorities. Our practice in this area entails not only a high degree of specialization, but also the creativity required to satisfy our clients\u2019 operating needs within the framework of the applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \t

We also assist our clients in connection with: (i) the hiring and dismissal of executive and foreign personnel; (ii) Non- Solicitation, Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreements; (iii) the design and implementation of personnel policies, including internal labor regulations, code of conduct, anti-harassment, anti-corruption, home-office, travel expenses, and compliance policies; (iv) due diligence audit to determine if our clients are in good standing with labor law and good practices, including hiring process policies, integration of the employee\u2019s files, integration of the joint committees, creation and review of the internal labor regulations and its registration before the authority; (v) their hiring structures; and (vi) the implementation of employer substitution as a consequence of the acquisition of businesses in Mexico. All of the foregoing is handled with the objective of optimizing our clients\u2019 human resources to the greatest extent possible.<\/p>\n

Our labor and employment team is ready to support our clients to be in compliance with the most recent amendments to the Federal Labor Law, including the negotiation and execution of bargaining agreements according to the new provisions and the implementation of protocols to prevent discrimination and in connection with reforms in the area of outsourcing and the general provisions for the registration of individuals or legal entities that provide specialized services or perform specialized works referred to in Article 15 of the Federal Labor Law.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \t
