His practice focuses on consulting, litigation, and labor compliance, as well as the strategy in hiring, termination of employees and executives (with cause and without cause), labor audits, and defense in labor lawsuits, providing practical solutions that strengthen compliance with labor legislation and foster solid labor relations within companies.<\/p>\n
