He has more than 25 years of experience and has participated as lead legal counsel and advisor for Mexico in many strategic operations, including the structuring, acquisition and sale of several real estate projects with mixed uses, the negotiation of transportation and construction agreements for the oil and gas sectors, and structured financing transactions. Furthermore, he has acted as main counsel for international banks, real estate funds, hotel chains, industrial companies, high technology companies, and fashion companies, among others.
