Since our beginnings we have promoted the Pro Bono work in the firm which has been developed through our alliance with the Italian Assistance Association, I.A.P.<\/p>\n

The Italian Assistance Association, I.A.P. purpose is to exercise in favor of Italian citizens born or not in Italian territory, those who have naturalized Mexicans, their descendants and their children residing in Mexico, giving preference to low-income associates, in an altruistic way and without any interest.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t

Our goal is to provide free legal advice to non-profit organizations and social entrepreneurs for the development of their projects. It is sought that Civil Society Organizations (\u201cCSOs\u201d) that work with us have a solid legal structure and effective advice that facilitates the fulfillment of their objectives for the benefit of the vulnerable groups they serve.<\/p>\n

With our work, we intend to guarantee and strengthen our beneficiaries, so that the legal issues inherent in their activities do not become an obstacle when carrying out their work.<\/p>\n

It also provides exceptional and prior analysis of the case, legal advice to individuals, who must prove the lack of financial means to obtain the advice by other means.<\/p>\n

Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To apply it is necessary to fill out an application form, then we will contact the possible beneficiary through the contact channel of your choice and we will schedule a meeting at our offices to know in detail the particularities of the matter in question.<\/p>\n

Once the matter has been reviewed, the background will be sent so that the partners of the firm for their approval, in the other hand, they will do the pertinent comments for the attention of the matter.<\/p>\n

After approval, a lawyer or lawyers available will be contact you, to provide the required legal assistance.<\/p>\n

The attorneys’ fees will be absorbed by the firm, while all expenses derived from the provision of the service (such as protocolization of documents, transfers, etc …) must be covered by the beneficiary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \t
