We assist our clients in opening and closing banks, representative offices and other financial institutions, structuring and carrying out public offerings, secured, mortgage and non-mortgage financing, certificates of participation and letters of credit. We represent banks and financial institutions in all types of transactions related to domestic and international loans and corporate financing, including syndicated loans, financial leases, project finance and real estate finance transactions.<\/p>\n

We closely work in all financial regulatory matters with our clients and the authorities such as the Ministry of Finance (Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda and Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico<\/em>), the National Banking and Securities Exchange Commission (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores<\/em>),\u00a0 the Bank of Mexico (Banco de M\u00e9xico<\/em>), the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (Instituto para la Protecci\u00f3n al Ahorro Bancario<\/em>), the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros<\/em>), the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/em>) and the Institute for the Deposit of Securities (Instituto para el Dep\u00f3sito de Valores<\/em>), for the purpose of timely complying with all applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \t
