Paloma is a Junior associate in the Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

She has experience in the establishment of companies and actively participates in the preparation of Due Diligence processes, as well as in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, such as civil, commercial, labor, and personal data protection, among others.

Paloma has experience in diverse matters such as:

• Participation in diverse corporate merger operations.
• Implementation and legal advisory on corporate governance and shareholder structures for Mexican companies with foreign capital.
