Our team works with our clients in all matters dealing with advertising of products, warranty conditions, contract provisions, registering agreements, adhesion and standard form contracts, among other activities.
We also represent business during the mediation process with consumers, administrative procedures before consumer protection authorities and litigation of consumer cases. We have advised clients in relation with class action cases relating to consumer claims.
