Julieta specializes in Corporate Law, providing legal counsel to clients across diverse industries, with a focus on corporate regulatory compliance, contracts, corporate restructuring, and audits. Her expertise lies in reviewing and drafting service agreements, assembly minutes, unanimous shareholder resolutions, share certificates, and corporate records, as well as evaluating and creating lease agreements, share purchase agreements, subleases, framework contracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Before joining Cannizzo, Julieta collaborated with various law firms where she participated in the following projects:

• Preparation of trademark applications and commercial notices. Drafting/filing of voluntary cancellations before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), appearances, renewal, and use declaration of trademarks. Preparation of rights transfer agreements, franchises, and user licenses, as well as their registration.
• Obtaining authorization title as a telecommunications distributor from the Federal Telecommunications Institute. Drafting of documents for each of the obligations contained in the Authorization title and applicable regulations.
• Registration with PROFECO and IFT of the adherence contract model.
• Handling information requests from IFT and tariff registration.
• Registration in the Public Telecommunications Registry of wholesale agreements.
• Preparation of assembly minutes, unanimous shareholder resolutions, share certificates, and corporate book entries. Review and creation of lease agreements, share purchase agreements, subleases, framework contracts, and NDA Agreements.
• Advisory for quarterly statistical information reports and coverage maps presentation.
• Handling information requests from IFT.
• Company formation, preparation of assembly minutes and/or reduction of capital. Protocolization of assemblies before public notaries. Review and drafting of service provision contracts.
