Rashid is an Associate and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

His experience is mainly focused on intellectual property litigation, administrative law, and health law.

• Development of various strategies related to the protection of industrial property rights within the framework of changes in the regulation of the linkage system of pharmaceutical patents in Mexico, for both national and foreign clients.
• 15 successful cases in the presentation of review appeals before the National Institute for Transparency and Access to Information (INAI) related to the declassification of documents from COFEPRIS and IMPI used in the pharmaceutical patent linkage system.
• Implementation of opposition procedures to sanitary registrations of generic drugs.
