Erick is Associate attorney with over 10 years of experience in labor matters, specializing in legal counsel and representation of national and foreign companies.  Representative Matters

 Participation in an internal investigation process at a pharmaceutical company located in Mexico City, where the breach of some internal policies by a group of employees, including the CEO, was detected. Sufficient evidence was obtained during the investigation, which led to the termination of the employment relationships with cause with the involved employees.

  • Successful outcomes in favorable rulings issued by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, resulting from some nulity lawsuits filed against fines imposed following labor inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor at retail sector companies.
