Emmanuel is an Associate and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

He brings experience from both the public and private sectors, with a solid background in civil, commercial, administrative litigation, and constitutional relief proceedings (amparo). He has also participated in public procurement procedures governed by the Mexican Public Procurement Law (Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público).

Experience

Government Sector Experience:
Emmanuel served in the public sector as a Contract Administrator under the framework of the Public Procurement Law, where he was responsible for managing and monitoring budgetary allocations. His role included drafting and negotiating government contracts and actively participating in the resolution of administrative proceedings initiated before public institutions due to contractual breaches.

Private Sector Experience:
In private practice, Emmanuel has handled a wide range of cases involving civil, commercial, labor, family, administrative law, and amparo proceedings. He has represented corporate clients before Attorney General’s Offices throughout Mexico, particularly in matters related to the validation of goods. Additionally, he has collaborated in trademark registrations before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), consistently working to safeguard the rights and interests of clients.

He is currently part of the faculty at Universidad Humanitas, Santa Fe Campus, where he teaches in the Law Degree program, covering subjects such as Philosophy of Law, Obligations, Contracts, Successions, Procedural Law, among others.
