Andrea is Associate with more than 7 years of experience in labor matters, specializing in the advisory and representation of both national and foreign companies. Her practice focuses on litigation, consulting, and labor compliance, covering key areas such as employee hiring, termination of employees and executives (with or without cause), labor audits, and defense in labor lawsuits. She provides practical solutions that foster strong labor relations within companies.

She advises companies on complying with obligations such as profit sharing, overtime, and other labor benefits, as well as in the prevention of legal contingencies. She participates in internal audit processes to ensure that companies comply with current labor regulations and has contributed to the development and implementation of internal work regulations, codes of conduct, and various labor policies.

She develops individual labor litigation strategies, labor inspections, and conflict resolutions arising from termination of employment contracts, employer substitutions, and employee transfers. She also has experience in drafting amparos (legal protections) and annulment lawsuits.
