Litigation and dispute resolution

Daniela is a Law student with a strong interest and foundational training in Civil Law, particularly in the areas of obligations, contracts, and dispute resolution. She has actively participated in the drafting of legal documents related to civil and corporate transactions, as well as in the analysis of legal instruments and the comprehensive management of case files.

Throughout her professional experience, Daniela has developed key skills in client service, legal proceedings, and the handling of matters involving the transfer of ownership, incorporation of companies, and the granting of powers of attorney. Her work is characterized by a focus on conflict prevention and resolution, as well as a strong commitment to technically sound legal practice and effective client support in both civil and corporate matters.

Daniela also has hands-on experience in the preparation and review of civil law documents, full case file management, and the processing of transactions involving contracts, legal acts, and notarial instruments. This background has allowed her to build a solid foundation in identifying legal risks and implementing strategies for the prevention of disputes.

She si a  seventh-semester law student at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico City.
