Litigation and dispute resolution

Lucía is an attorney with over five years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the management and resolution of complex judicial proceedings, both at the trial and appellate levels. She has a strong background in corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, conflicts arising from shareholders’ meetings, challenges to corporate resolutions, and highly specialized contractual controversies.

She has also handled matters related to disputes arising from annulment actions and the enforcement of all types of contracts. Her experience includes the processing of precautionary measures, constitutional relief proceedings (amparo), annulment of arbitration clauses, and nullification of arbitral awards, among other strategic procedures.

Lucía has more than five years of experience in ordinary, oral, special, and executive proceedings, in both civil and commercial matters, covering all procedural stages. Her practice includes the drafting of all types of legal briefs for cases handled before local and federal courts, including claims, responses, appeals, and constitutional relief (amparo) proceedings.
