Rodrigo Martínez is an attorney with extensive experience representing companies from various sectors in civil and commercial litigation cases. His expertise in legal disputes has been crucial in handling complex cases for in the financial, insurance, automotive, construction, food, and telecommunications industries, among others. Additionally, he has participated in several nationally significant commercial bankruptcy proceedings, where he has demonstrated outstanding skills in conflict resolution. Rodrigo has also represented companies in the hydrocarbons industry in various agrarian proceedings. 

Before joining Cannizzo, Rodrigo represented one of the mexican leading companies engaged in natural gas transportation, as the Federal Electricity Commission sought the annulment of various contracts held between the two parties. 

Additionally, Rodrigo has represented several public figures who were sued for moral damages, successfully obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients. 

Rodrigo has also represented various companies (as merchants and creditors) in numerous commercial bankruptcy proceedings.
