He possesses extensive knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, a strong foundation in banking, finance, tax law, and anti-money laundering regulations, and vast expertise in corporate and real estate law. Additionally, he has significant experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts.

• He has been actively involved in a wide range of transactions, primarily commercial and civil, including corporate restructurings, leases, real estate projects, and their financing. He provides comprehensive legal counsel by proposing and analyzing various solutions that take into account legal, economic, and tax implications to implement the most efficient approach. He also plays a key role in negotiations.
• His professional experience includes the acquisition of industrial complexes through bank financing for subsequent leasing, involvement in various lease transactions for a major restaurant chain and automotive dealerships, as well as real estate and condominium advisory services for developers.
